HAVE YOU heard or seen the new "COWGIRL" magazine that is being pulished out of Bend, Oregon? When Stellar Ranch's Marianne Fellner visited the Ranch last weekend she left a copy of the first issue....I left the magazine laying on the top of one the tables in the store and the first five women in the store tried to buy it. But the first Nov/Dec issue is sold out.
